Baby Showers
We have been so blessed to have several baby showers. The first one was in Massachusetts, with mostly family and family friends. There were a lot of people who came from far away! David’s mom and sisters came from NC, David’s Aunt Linda, cousin Feli and Grandma came from DE, and my Aunt Gracie and Grandma came from NY. It was really special to have all those people make the trip to share in this special day. There was a huge crowd there, and it was really nice to see people that I haven’t seen in years! It was a really special day for me. Back in MI, Marcie threw a shower for me for my friends in town. That was a lot of fun as well! And then both my work and David’s work threw showers for us. Overall we received a ton of things from our registries, and tons of other gifts and well-wishings for our baby! We appreciate the generosity of all of you!
