Happy Easter!
We had a nice and relaxing Easter this year. We went to church in the morning, had an Easter Egg Hunt in the afternoon, and had friends over for dinner. But we also don't want the meaning of Easter to be left out. It's kind of hard to explain to a small child what the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus is, but we are always telling her about Jesus, how much we love Him and how much He loves us. Our church nursery does a really great job of telling Bible stories to the kids, and also giving us handouts on what they've taught so we can reinforce those ideas at home. I really appreciate that!
