Tulip Time 2010
We decided to head to Tulip Time this year and see what fun things there were to do. We had NO IDEA how cool it would turn out to be! They had something called "Kinderplaats", which we decided to check out with Kayla. We bought a $6 wrist band for her and she was able to all of the activities for that price! They had about 10 different inflatable things (bounce houses, obstacle courses, slides, etc), petting zoos, arts & craft areas and other fun kid things. We thought we'd be there for an hour or two but we spent about 4 hours there with her! She absolutely loved it and we had so much fun watching her!
After playing for awhile we went on a walk to check out the tulips. Although David & I had been to Tulip Time before, we had never spent time actually looking at the tulips and it was breath-taking. The amount of tulips was astounding and they were just absolutely beautiful.
Later that evening we headed to dinner in Holland and picked up some fudge for the drive home! We had such a blast and will for sure be making this a yearly tradition!
