David, Lisa, Kayla, Isaac & Annika

We've done a few things to enjoy the beautiful fall weather we've been having. We spent an afternoon at Schwallier's and apparently the apple picking season ended early, so we didn't actually get to pick a bushel (although we did search and find 1!). But we did get to enjoy the doughnuts and cider!!

But there was a hay structure that Kayla, our little dare devil, loved to climb on and she also enjoyed the slide. We took a hayride tour, Kayla and I went on a cow ride and we ran around the pumpkin patch. She got to pet some barn animals. We love that place!

Then, one Sunday after church we headed to Meijer Garden's. We headed out to the pumpkin patch area and took a bunch of pictures!

Then we went to the koi fish pond and fed them Cheerio's. Kayla just loves to do this - all the fish flock over to us and fight over the food. It's pretty neat, actually.

We also spent some time looking at the different sculptures!

Lastly we played in the children's area for awhile.
